How long will it be before I receive my order
Whilst we make every effort to have your order delivered within one to two weeks there can be unforeseen circumstances which prevent this, such as delays with the manufacturer or postal service etc., therefore we can not guarantee a delivery time, only do our best to estimate it. International Post: Our international customers can be assured their items will be received safely through Australia Post Insured Airmail. Delivery time to most countries is estimated by Australia Post to be 14-21 business days from the day of shipping, and you will need to sign for your parcel.
How will my order be delivered
We have found that Australia Post Insured Registered Mail is the best way to send our orders in Australia as all parcels need to be signed for and you can be sure that your parcel will arrive safely. $9 Registered Parcels are automatically insured for up to $100. If you require extra insurance, please choose the amount of Insurance you would like to have parcel insured for.
For International Orders we use Australia Post Insured Airmail.
Do you deliver to countries outside Australia
Yes, we deliver internationally. Deliveries to other countries take approximately one to two weeks.
