1. Click on the Thumbnail of the product you like. Another page appears which shows a larger picture of the item, a description and an "Add to basket icon" button next to EACH item you wish to purchase from our on-line catalogue pages.
2. You will see a sub-total of items in your shopping cart and may either check out or CONTINUE SHOPPING
3. Changes in quantity for each item and or deletions may be made from the shopping basket at any time before “check-out”.
4. When you are ready to "Check Out" simply check "I accept the terms and conditions" and press "Next". Complete your personal information, verify your order, and follow the on screen instructions.
5. (Discount will be given at the end of your order in shopping cart depending on which code you use; either the retail20, halfprice or wholesale60 code).
6. If you miss this step, you can backspace until you get back to the Shopping cart Total; add the Promotion Code, then click on Update. This should update the page with your discount.
7.. Payment is via the secure Paypal payment gateway. Please feel free to click on their site to see just how easy this payment method is. Through Paypal, you may pay with your credit card or through your bank account. Paypal is a widely recognized international payment gateway.
TROUBLE ADDING TO CART:
1. If you are trying to "Add To Cart" and the page keeps saying "Cart is Empty"; this means that either your cookies have not been turned on or a Firewall may be blocking your page. ( I have checked this on my computer and it works fine from here so it is definetely a problem on your browser.)
3. If this happens and you cannot place order, please email me your order. Please add your Name and shipping address.
4. I will then send you two emails; an invoice and a Paypal Payment Request. All you need to do is click the Pay Now on the Paypal email. Once your payment is received, your order will be processed.
