Please Note: Australia Post Registered Post is a safe and secure method of parcel delivery and assure us that 99.99% of all parcels sent via this method arrive safely; although it is advisable to insure your parcel for the value of product if the parcel does go missing as you will only receive back your insured amount if the parcel does not arrive.

RETURNS
At Silver Gemstone Jewellery.com.au, if you are dissatisfied with an item, you can return it for a full refund, less a 25% shipping and restocking charge. The item must be returned to us, at your expense, within five days of receipt and in excellent saleable condition. If the item is damaged because of poor packing we reserve the right to refund a reasonable amount at our discretion.
CANCELLATIONS
You have the right to cancel an order at anytime before shipment. Any such cancellations need to be received by us via email, from which we will immediately refund you.
DAMAGES
If your goods have been delivered and are defective or damaged, we ask you provide written notice of the defect or damage within five days receiving the goods. The written notice must be in the form of an e-mail and sent to returns@silvergemstonejewellery.com.auIn the email, include the following details;
Order number
Name
Address
Goods ordered
Problem(s) with goods
Proposed solution (i.e) Replacement
Damaged items will then need to be returned to us. Once received, we will then credit your return delivery cost and make every effort to replace the damaged goods. In the unlikely event that we can not replace the goods we will offer a full refund or store credit.
SHIPPING & INSURANCE
In order to make your shopping as easy as possible we use the PayPal Shopping cart. Your order will be processed through the PayPal system to insure your safety.
Goods are shipped by Australia Post.

Goods will be sent as soon as funds have been cleared and are in our account.
